MMD Helper is a digital subscription service providing access to educational content. Due to the nature of digital products where access is granted immediately upon payment, we have the following refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the service due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If the payment was made without your consent (subject to verification)

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with content (free trial is available to preview)
  • Issues caused by user's device or internet connection
  • Account suspension due to violation of terms

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No prorated refunds for unused time

  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
  • Your premium access will be revoked upon refund
