1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MMD Helper ("the Service"), operated by Ferappi Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
MMD Helper is an educational platform providing study materials, practice questions, and resources for MEO Class II (Marine Engineering Officer) examination preparation as per STCW Code A-III/2.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or Section 4A below.
4A. Service Modifications & Changes
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that Ferappi Technologies reserves the absolute and unconditional right to:
- Add, modify, update, or remove any feature, content, or functionality at any time without prior notice
- Discontinue, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service temporarily or permanently
- Change the pricing, subscription plans, or access levels at any time
- Modify the user interface, design, or user experience
- Update, change, or remove any study materials, questions, or answers
- Impose new limitations or restrictions on usage
We are not bound by any specific feature set, subscription promises, or service level agreements. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change at our sole discretion.
Subscriber Remedy: If any subscriber is dissatisfied with changes made to the Service, they may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their subscription period. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the change you are dissatisfied with.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on MMD Helper, including questions, answers, study materials, and design, is the property of Ferappi Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Copy or redistribute content
- Use automated tools to scrape content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
7. Disclaimer
MMD Helper is an educational aid and does not guarantee success in any examination. The content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not claim affiliation with DG Shipping or MMD.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ferappi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
